What's the difference between you and other installers?

The main difference is that we do the work ourselves. Every electrician on your job is employed by us — not agency staff, not subcontractors, not someone you have never met turning up in an unmarked van.

Tam Mackie leads every project personally, from the initial survey through to sign-off. That means one point of contact, one team, and one person accountable for the quality of the work.

We have been trading since 2000. Our accreditations — MCS, NICEIC, TrustMark, RECC, OZEV, Which? Trusted Trader — are all independently audited and verifiable. We publish the verification links on our website so you can check them yourself.

The other difference is aftercare. Most of the complaints we hear from new customers are about previous installers who vanished after the job. We are still maintaining systems we installed over 20 years ago. We offer maintenance plans, answer the phone when you call, and someone who knows your system picks up.

We quote a price and stick to it. No extras appearing on the invoice. If something changes during the job, we tell you before we do it — not after.
